This wall hanging features a hand-painted silhouette of lovers kissing. The back of the piece has a slot cut in it for hanging the piece easily. The wood is milled from fallen trees on my property. Because the wood often lies on the forest floor for a time before I harvest it there is some really nice spalting (or discoloration) in the wood, given it nice contrast and warmth.
