This candleholder was one of the first I ever made. This piece of hardwood is spalted with deep rich tones and very simple, classic lines. I found the log from which it was crafted in a friends hardwood forest buried underneath the fall leaves. This particular piece of it was an offcut from a bench I made of the same material.
