This coffee table is a legacy piece.
All the wood used to construct the table was recovered from the customer’s family farm.
We first cut and planed the material into usable pieces.
We then fashioned a 2 inch thick top (that’s actually hollow) out of 5/8 inch thick boards.
The top has two words of significance to the customer hand-painted on either end.
The base is crafted from 1-inch steel and painted a flat black.
The base is a unique x style scissor base that makes a bold statement.
