This deck was beginning to rot through in parts.
Some boards were soft and spongy and others were just fine.
So, being conscious of our customer’s budget, we decided to replace only the necessary boards.
This included significant repair and additional support for the steps leading up to the deck.
We then scraped any loose paint from the remaining surfaces.
We used a spot primer on any bare surfaces and then applied two finish coats of stain.
The result is beautiful and will provide years of lasting protection.
