This is a full basement renovation that resulted from flood damage.
The first step was to remediate the flood damage correctly and then the rebuild began.
We worked with a designer on this one who had a clear vision of the look they were going for.
There are lots of pot lights and lots of little details in this one that make it a warm and cozy hang out spot.
We installed solid wood doors throughout.
All the trim is a maple that is stained dark.
The hardwood flooring in the gym is also maple but left natural for a nice contrast in colour.
The powder room features a very modern look and a 1-inch square tile on two walls.
The kitchen features a large island with a built-in dishwasher and garbage bin.
The countertops are poured concrete (main) and granite (island).
There are also two bedrooms, large walk-in closet and an entertainment/games room.
