The exterior of this 6000 square foot bungalow required a lot of attention to detail.
We did all the exterior trim work on this project and assisted other trades installing columns and other necessary features attached to what we were working on.
We caulked and painted all surfaces.
We installed siding, soffit, fascia and many window and door details.
We designed and built a massive pergola as a sunshade next to the pool.
We did all the exterior finishes on the pool house including installation, caulking and painting.
We did custom trim work for the garage doors that included the wiggle board for the arched jams.
We built and did all the exterior finish work on the ‘shed’, which in our minds could have been a guest cottage.
