This customer was looking for a simple solution to their media component problem.
They didn’t want something heavy and enclosed so we decided to go with a simple straight shelf.
The hardwood material is Ash and stained with a Goudey walnut stain and clear coated with water-based polyurethane for years of projection.
Wire chases were cut into the shelf to help keep wiring organized and allow for the various connections required by the media setup.
